May 20th - first day in Munich.

The early train got delayed… maybe could have slept in a bit longer… Then switche in Saltzburg to a new train were the booked sits did not exist. Such a mess…

Anyhow, somehow managed to get to Munich and meet up with friends from Italy! We had a late lunch at Hobräuhaus. A bit touristic, but the food was so tasty and the beer so refreshingly good! Highly recommended 🍻

To help kick-start the digestion (bavarian food is famously not very light) we decided to go for a walk around the Englishe Garten. Then, back to the hotel for some well-deserved sleep. (I crashed in 5 min 🥱)
